Kyushu Plant has an integrated finished product manufacturing system of gears, including precision forging, machining and heat treatment. Under the concept of line creation from the principle of SSC, the plant created an innovative next-generation line with a highly competitive strength in precision gear forging. The line’s integrated manufacturing system allows for labor-saving, as well as smaller equipment and a smaller space requirement.
